DeSantis likely in deep shit
Sounds like $10 million in funds meant to help folks get off govt assistance found its way into political campaigns.

At a hearing of the Health Care Subcommittee in Florida's House of Representatives, [Rep] Andrade said, "There's no question that these were Medicaid funds, steered by the Governor's chief of staff through secret and clandestine actions to his own political committee."

Sounds like another Dumbfuckistanian problem.
Has anything gone well in dumbfuckistan recently?
Don't get hit by a tornado or you're paying for the new mobile home on your own.
Good times.

The Jsc810 predicate applies.
Perform an investigation. If any wrongdoing is found, prosecute the guilty parties to the fullest extent of the law.

Glad you've picked up on that. Keep applying it.
Due process.
Due process.

Of course, he only picks up on that when the accused has light-colored skin.

That is blatant lawfare.

A versatile quote that refutes any judicial overreach regarding illegal immigration.
A nation in which one administration can allow millions of unvetted illegal migrants into the country, but requires that a court vet each deportation decision in an individually adjudicated case will soon lose the values our democratic system was intended to preserve.

You don't have the slightest idea of what you're trying to say.
But nice job finding buzzwords on whatever wingnut website.

He’d rather believe his wingnut websites than stuff like the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments.
Following the Constitution only applies if it doesn’t get in the way.

They just think that the US Constitution begins & ends with the 2A.

Re: DeSantis likely in deep shit
Pretty simple, really. If you didn't require "due process" to illegally enter the country, you won't need it to be removed. It doesn't take but a couple minutes to determine whether or not someone is legally authorized to be in the this country. Failing that, they should be summarily removed. That doesn't require a judge or a court date.

Re: DeSantis likely in deep shit
Confidently incorrect. At least if you are saying that is what the law says.
But if that is just a statement of how you wish it was, well ok then, you just don't like the 14th Amendment.
Re: DeSantis likely in deep shit
Keep swinging, dumbfuck. "Due process" is whatever the fuck we say it is.

No, it's not. See Powell v. Alabama for starters.
