First off was a visit 2 weeks ago to Long John Silvers. The second photo shows doughy breading. 2 of the 3 pieces were like this. Not the end of the world, but very annoying. However, not nearly as annoying as the fucking waffle fries. Some pencil dick suit made horrible decision to switch from regular to waffle fries. I'd rather eat the box.





Yesterday was another Saturday, for my one and only fast food meal of the week. This time it would be Sonic to make me reach for my phone and snap a pic....



That triple cheese smash burgers they have now is bad ass, legit, and worth the $7.49 sticker price. Something not worth the price though....


... is that tiny little container of cheese dip that they rob you of a hard earned $1 bill for. I could literally jiz more than that on my 3rd nut of the night during hotel sex w/ Vaghub.
They saw me coming, and fucked me right out a dollar. The last time I ordered that, the container was 3 times that size, AND FULL!

Long John Silver's holds a top three position in my Worst Fast Food Experiences of All Time power rankings. The visit that propelled them to a podium finish occurred about ten years ago. I swore I would never go back and I haven't. The crux of that terrible experience included Lobster Bites and Fried Shrimp. The "bites" were intensely salted, mushy and stuck together. Not finger food. I could have used a fork, but a spoon would be better and a straw would not be impossible. The shrimp was somehow overcooked and rubbery while the breading was mushy and undercooked. Nothing about the meal was good. Even the straight fries were limp and pathetic.

That location was a combo store with KFC included. A few years ago the location dumped LJS and focused exclusively on KFC. You'd think they'd be good at doing just one thing. They aren't. This is the store where I got the Bundt Cake of Sadness a couple years ago.

I knew there was a nog in the woodpile when I was thumbing that
out on my phone. I tried it both ways, and phone spell check hated
the correct way, but liked the wrong way. I was not up for an all day
project ... corrected now for anyone that cares.
