I am thankful every day that the Tide got Bryce Young and Clemson got stuck with DJ.
Bama was recruiting them both and, if everything else was equal, I can recall thinking we got this little dude while Clemson got the big kid. Wasn’t sure we came out best.
Sorta panned out okay for Alabama. We got one of the best college QBs of all time and well, DJ continues to underwhelm.

Hell, Najee Harris is from the San Francisco Bay Area. I saw him at a few Cal practices and friends said he said he was there all the time. Wanted to play there... but, I guess Cal couldn't pay him as much as bama. Plus, Tosh was at your school at the time I think. Fuck that guy.

Makes sense to me. Once we get rid of Wilcox we might go in the right direction.
Never met him. I'll take your word. He was always hanging out with the players on the sidelines the few times I saw him. Probably had a lot of friends on the team being from the area.
