I was watching ESPN a couple days ago and Olney was explaining the process. The first teams that can claim him are the ones in the NL before he's able to be claimed by an AL team. I can't imagine that teams in the NL would pass on him. We'll know by the time FOX Saturday Baseball hits the air who claimed Jones and whether or not he'll be on a new team soon.

He was claimed by another team but the Braves either pulled him back or couldn't agree to a trade for him. It pretty much was a non-story.

braves had no interest in trading him, they put their whole team through waivers every year. they know they can claim them back

I had a feeling it was the Stros. Wish they would have gone after some players before the trade deadline.
