Sorry that ball hit the ground in Cready's glove

Buddy should have given that ump one in the kisser. Bastages it's bad enough that we can't win 60 games a season but to have two of our first five stolen bgy the umps is disgusting.

Saw the highlight on BBTN...looked like a clean catch up until he flipped his glove up to show the ball to the umps. Technically, he made the catch but I'm still a little unsure of the rule of how long you have to hold onto to it for it to be a legal catch. It's open to interpretation, I guess...it could've gone either way.

SCS, he hit the ground while making the catch. upon fulfillment of the catch, he went to show it and it came out. if you stretch out for a catch and hit the dirt in completion, it's a catch. i understand where buddy is coming from, but it's a catch. take your pills.

Yeah I saw the replay. :(

It was a heat of the moment post. I invested in the MLB package this year so I can finally watch my team again and it hurts. Looked like the ball was haging out his glove and in the dirt the first time I saw it live. I was already pissed that the Royals had repeatedly squandered chances to advance runners and that just blew my gasket.

Another long season for Royals fan. :(
