a guy i work with said he'd been eating beer pancakes for 50 years..said you'd have the biggest fluffiest pancakes you've ever had.
so i tried it this morning...and wow..he was right.
instead of putting the milk or water into the mix..use your favorite beer....you'll have the greatest pancakes EVER.
these things were damned near an inch thick....
