the whole NL West should be relagated to AAA

let El Paso,Durham, etc come up. they have as good of a shot as beating someone from the NL Central in the playoffs as any of NL West teams do!

the mediocrity is spread a bit wider than that.

there are only 10 team over .525.

The al west and nl central aren't much better that the nl west. even the nl east only has one team with a winning record.
