Lots of articles on this. The trump administration is already looking for his replacement. Just a matter of time until he resigns to spend more time with his family, or whatever the cover story will be.

Again, why are y'all playing stupid on this?
Lots of articles without a single named source for this alleged call. I understand that there is turmoil and butthurt in the Pentagon. That is to be expected.

Someone needs a refresher course in recent history:

What "Joe Biden" actually accomplished in office was the near-total wrecking of the USA. He torpedoed the authority and legitimacy of just about every federal agency, turned the Department of Justice into a Gestapo, seeded the federal court benches with Woke lunatics, allowed an invasion of perhaps 20-million border-jumpers (including many thousands of professional terrorists), coerced injections of an ineffective and injurious vaccine into millions of citizens afraid of losing their livelihoods, promoted gross medical experiments on sexually troubled children, invited drag queens and mentally-ill degenerates to cavort in the White House, spent borrowed money at a rate that propelled the national debt past the event horizon into a black hole, made the seeking of incompetence the number one priority of the Pentagon, provoked a war in Ukraine that now teeters on the hazard of a nuclear exchange, and allowed the CIA to complete its takeover of the US government. "Joe Biden" will go down in history as the worst of all 46 US presidents.

We were told that the worst criminals would be targeted for deportation, like those in MS-13, or other criminal gangs. Of course, that was another lie.

Instead of MS-13, they are going after people like Mrs. Rosmery Alvarado. I'd rather have 100 million people like her in our country than the pathetic fucks who are deporting her.

Mistakes are inevitable and cases like Mrs Alverado’s must be looked at.

But every but of this is the fault of the previous administration. By not enforcing US law at the border(s), Biden has endangered every American. Disease, violence, and the sad deportations of people who should be eligible to stay are all results of that idiot’s actions.

Blame the person who allowed millions of illegals in, not the people attempting to fix the mess.

That's nice. Sooner rather than later would be nicer.

It sure seems that these assholes are just going after the easy cases, the low hanging fruit. People like Mrs Alverado are easy to catch because they are not hiding, they are here, going thru the legal process to become a citizen, and will show up to a hearing upon request.

The gang bangers are more difficult to catch, and yeah, there is a real risk that they will shoot officers trying to arrest them. But that is what these immigration officers signed up for.

Another mistake, Sam, is a mistake in your understanding. Specifically, Despite deploying staff from other agencies to assist in enforcement activities and ordering active-duty military to facilitate removals at the border, daily removals have failed to reach even the levels achieved by the previous administration. Indeed, President Trump’s removal record is growing worse with time rather than improving.

You're almost there...

Mistakes are inevitable, but so is arbitrary/capricious enforcement of the law. And it was for this reason that the Founding Fathers enshrined into the 5th & 14th Amendments the right to Due Process. Yet here is Trump taking away people's rights without giving these people the Due Process that the US Constitution guarantees them.

Diego, if the Constitution is fragile, it's because ALL politicians have been wiping their asses with it. From Patriot Act to CARES Act and a thousand tour stops in between. You should have given a shit about the Constitution a helluva fucking long time ago, shitlips. Pull your head out of your ass if you can find it.

And cases like these.

You know, considering that they actually are citizens and stuff.

Yes, I know that their parents committed a "crime". And maybe, after we've removed all the MS-13 types, you start looking at cases like these. We're definitely not at that stage yet though.

You know damn well that these are not the worst of the worst.

I don't trust the news. I want to review source material. The woman's name is ROSMERY KARINA ALVARADO PASTOR, and she was arrested in Chase County Kansas: https://chaseks.mugshots.zone/alvarado- ... 4-23-2025/

She is now in Louisiana:

South Louisiana ICE Processing Center
3843 Stagg Ave
Basile, LA 70515

She was detained for two violations of 8 U.S.C. § 1227(a)(1)(B), which states that:

"Any alien who is present in the United States in violation of this chapter or any other law of the United States, or whose nonimmigrant visa (or other documentation authorizing admission into the United States as a nonimmigrant) has been revoked under section 1201(i) of this title, is deportable."

I have not been able to find any information regarding her status. Some reporters say she missed a hearing when she was a minor. That does not fit other timelines, which show that she is presently 42 and the hearing she missed was in 2004, when she would have been 21. So I'll leave that for future consideration.

She has had other trouble with the law: https://crsojail.pittks.org/NewWorld.In ... ail/-35401

Not sure how that case turned out.

I'm curious how you square your take with other takes that involve the phrase "no person is above the law."?

I can. But why? The law is the law. If you don't like it, then get Congress to change it.

Roux law:

If you slip into the country or overstay your visa in violation of our immigration laws, but otherwise remain mostly law abiding and don't look like a gang member when we pick you up, we will ignore the fact that you violated our laws and let you stay here notwithstanding the law that says you have to leave.

Why didn't you hold Biden to the same standard of perfection in terms of the people who were let into this country during the last four years? Should we start posting links to people that were let into this country that then killed and/or raped our citizens?

Discretion exists. Sometimes, the officer gives you a warning instead of a speeding ticket.

Just wait, this is merely a prelude, really only the first few spare notes of a much looooonger dirge.

Keep watching, and do reflect as the events unfold:

pickle was right?!?!?

actually what the future holds will make even one like SPF recoil in horrah. And here's the cruelest Truth: everything is already in motion and there is no course correcting; for the bug that is "humanity" is about to become splatter on the windshield of deserved fate.

The last first, and the first last. But it is happening.
