Meat Whisperer needs a sign showing how memes are not signs.
Idiot.

When I was in college I wanted to grab this street sign in La Jolla to put on the door of my dorm. Never got around to it. Probably too stoned all the time.

Re: Sign, Sign, Everywhere a Sign
Based on the mileage sign, probably so. I found one image online that had a sign about approaching the border or something but it wasn't very clear. I think that they've removed all of them, though.

Yep, that's (I believe) just before going through what was a BP checkpoint, which I think ceased operating as a checkpoint in the early 2000's.
it's also just north of southbound I-5 rest stop that overlooks the Pacific. One can sometimes observe Marine/Navy exercises happening just offshore there (mvskkkal used to hang out at that rest stop all the time, but not to watch military operations....

It’s also close to Trestles.
[Verse 1]
If everybody had an ocean
Across the U.S.A
Then everybody'd be surfin'
Like Californi-a
You'd see them wearing their baggies
Huarache sandals too
A bushy bushy blond hairdo
Surfin' U.S.A
[Chorus]
You'd catch 'em surfin' at Del Mar
(Inside, outside, U.S.A.)
Ventura County line
(Inside, outside, U.S.A.)
Santa Cruz and Trestles
(Inside, outside, U.S.A.)
Australia's Narrabeen
(Inside, outside, U.S.A.)
All over Manhattan
(Inside, outside, U.S.A.)
And down Doheny Way
(Inside, outside)
[Hook]
Everybody's gone surfin'
Surfin' U.S.A
[Verse 2]
We'll all be planning that route
We're gonna take real soon
We're waxing down our surfboards
We can't wait for June
We'll all be gone for the summer
We're on surfari to stay
Tell the teacher we're surfin'
Surfin' U.S.A
[Chorus]
Haggerties and Swamis
(Inside, outside, U.S.A.)
Pacific Palisades
(Inside, outside, U.S.A.)
San Onofre and Sunset
(Inside, outside, U.S.A.)
Redondo Beach LA
(Inside, outside, U.S.A.)
All over La Jolla
(Inside, outside, U.S.A.)
At Wa'imea Bay
(Inside, outside)
[Hook]
Everybody's gone surfin'
Surfin' U.S.A
[Instrumental Interlude]
[Outro]
Everybody's gone surfin'
Surfin' U.S.A
Everybody's gone surfin'
Surfin' U.S.A
Yeah everybody's gone surfin'
Surfin' U.S.A
Yeah everybody's gone surfin'
Surfin' U.S.A

I’ll bet that 98% of anyone from east of, say, the Rockies, has never heard of the Donner party. These days, probably 90% in California have no idea either.

The 90% of Californians is due to all the transpalnts who were educated ---->elsewhere.

For those of us in California that already have good places to eat...
... I'll go with.
By the way. Truckee is the coldest place in the United States (lower) year round.
It's so cold we have fucking Wolverines up there and Michigan doesn't have any.

That, and they probably don't cover it in schools anymore. I think we learned about it in fourth or fifth grade.Diego in Seattle wrote: ↑Fri Feb 02, 2024 7:20 pmThe 90% of Californians is due to all the transpalnts who were educated ---->elsewhere.

My post was on-topic.
Just because you're too ignorant to know who James O'Keefe is doesn't mean that my post was off-topic.
But I guess that's par for the course for those who watch Fox (pseudo) News....it turns people into cartoon brains.

Don't know and don't care, horse douche. Jesus H Christ you're predictably dense and humorless. Smoothbrain in Seattle can tell what news you consume based on a few images, and is too friggin stupid to actually contribute or understand the point of any of them.
