Leadership in the DNC is purposely going to extreme so that in the future a "centrist" and more level headed person can lead the pack.
It's strategery.

I disagree. The leadership of the Democratic Party right now fully relfects the political will of the party's most loyal and faithful members and that includes their biggest donors. So it's not a purposeful shift at all, it's merely a progression that reflects the party's core membership.
I watched West Wing on Bravo yesterday evening for a few minutes and it reminded me of something about the Democratic delegates at their convention. The delgates are way out of step with the majority of voters that self-identify as Democrat. For example: while the Democratic delegates overwhelmingly oppose vouchers, a larger number of Democratic voters support vouchers. The same with the death penalty.
So the leadership of the Democratic Party is a direct reflection of the core membership and is not in some type of transition from centrist to extreme. Remember, Clinton and his DLC was hated by the core Democrats, but loved by mainstream Democratic voters.

Gotta love the dittohead MO. First the wingnut of the group spews forth some baseless and out of context crap. Then the more "levelheaded voice of reason" steps in and offers an opinion on said crap as if it were a legitimate take.

Dude, if that's not what's going on in the DNC, then your party is more worse off than I thought.

Considering your MO is "distort, spin, deflect, spin, lie and bail" you probably should opt out of that conversation.
At some point, hopefully Reid, Pelosi and their ilk will realize that their consituents want more from them than whiney, bitchy figner-pointing, but I doubt it.
I mean, I know I millions of taxpayer dollars going towards an investigation of a rapid response to a potential disaster.

Um, wtf are you talking about?
The AP is running Reid's comments...
But don't let that stop you from ignoring Reid's hysteria.

Not sure who you are talking to here, though I suspect it is B.

Now wait a second. What gives you the impression that they care what their constituents want? Besides that, what gives you the impression that their constituents don't want them to doing the finger-pointing blame game?
If the last three election cycles are any indication, the Democrats have very little to contribute by way of new ideas or policy proposals and instead chose to simply cast themselves as "not the other guy."
I mean, I know I millions of taxpayer dollars going towards an investigation of a rapid response to a potential disaster.
Huh?

I edited my post to make it clear. Besides, that couldn't possibly be your MO, as you never stop posting in a thread.

They don't care. That was the point.
I'm sure some of them want the finger-pointing. However, I'm one of Pelosi's consituents (sadly) and I'd prefer her attention was spent elsewhere. I'm funny that way.

Were there to be an independent investigation, as Reid is calling for, it would cost a lot of money. Need some coffee?

No coffee, thanks...just wasn't sure what you were saying here, "I know I millions..."
That's all...got it now.
