The University of Massachusetts physics student was granted release by US Magistrate Judge Jessica Hedges due to “serious and ongoing” medical needs — which include gender-affirming medical care that requires daily medication as well as mental health support, according to KMBC.

I’m not defending the judge’s action or throwing Molotov cocktails into a car dealership. Just calling out your blatant hypocrisy in ascribing this to “The Left” (whoever that is - I haven’t seen evidence of this anywhere) when “The Right” (or at least a large portion of it) has consistently excused the Jan 6 violence as normal tourist activity and encouraged Dear Leader to pardon all of them. But that’s what you voted for and obviously extremely proud of it.
