The lawsuits were dismissed because they lacked merit. They were unsubstantiated allegations with no basis in fact. So much so that in many of them, the plaintiffs had to pay the costs and attorney fees of the defendants, and some plaintiff attorneys got sanctioned. By sanctioned, I am referring to being disbarred and having criminal charges brought against them.

The courts didn't merely say no, they said fuck no.

We know counting stopped, people were escorted out, windows were covered, and then counting resumed in private. That has never happened before and then suddenly it's happening in multiple locations. Do voters deserve an answer to that question, yes or no?

Perhaps if MAGAts worked on quality candidates with popular policies without constantly insulting everyone in sight instead of intimidating with weapons of war the volunteers counting the ballots it wouldn't be necessary to take protective actions at polling places.
