The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare

Just watched the trailer for this movie. Apparently it's based on the UK's first foyer into clandestine military operations. What an excellent premise, but of course it gets completely fucked over by the children running Hollywood. I would bet actual money they wrote this steaming pile of dogshit using artificial intelligence. People loved hawkeye from the MCU so we need a guy shooting arrows! People loved Chris Hemsworth from the MCU so we need a huge muscley dude. People love campy humor and slapstick like in the MCU so let's shoehorn a metric fuckton of that but with affected accents. Token Black Man and Strong Diverse Female Character are ridiculously over-represented, as required on modern movies. It's world war two, you fucking shillls. Holy krist this looks like complete dog shit.

If Oceans 11 fucked The Avengers in the ass and shat out a downs syndrome Rian Johnson and told him to remake The Dirty Dozen the way he remade Star Wars this is what we'd get. I hate this movie and I know exactly 130 seconds of content about it. So I could be wrong. This could be great. Not betting on it though.

I'm sure our resident SJW Suck_Dickagain has already ordered tickets online for him and his pink-haired bedmate.

Nothing new here though. Feature films historical accuracy has always been.. lacking. It's a short leap from Bon Jovi stealing the Enigma machine for America, Mel Gibson's bizarre interpretations of the Revolutionary War, Quentin Tarantino imagining Jews beating up on the Nazis.

Why shouldn't black commanding officers lead teams of homosexual archers onto Omaha beach?

The LGBTQ foxholes in Bastogne had pretty wallpaper and pastel quilts. That is the real history

Roach could drive his F-150 between those torpedo tits and never touch the sides.

Roman Gabriel

R.I.P.

Former Rams, Eagles QB Roman Gabriel dies at age 83

In his first five seasons with the Rams, Gabriel had a 19-17-1 record as the starter. It wasn't until the 1967 season that Gabriel surged into the NFL scene. That year, Gabriel earned his first Pro Bowl selection as he led the Rams to a 11-1-2 record. He threw for 2,779 yards, 25 touchdowns and 13 interceptions.

Gabriel earned his third consecutive Pro Bowl honor in 1969 along with winning the MVP award. During his MVP campaign, he helped Los Angeles to a 11-3 record and led the league with 24 touchdowns.

You were in the ballpark, sort of. It’s an Ionic 5, fully electric. I don’t think that there’s a fully electric version of the Prius.

AHA!!!! An Ionic! And you dare to impugn the manhood of those of us who wrangle monstrous 6 cylinder pick up trucks?!

I used to have an F250 but eventually came to realize that I don't need 10 cylinders of gas-guzzling torque to validate my manhood. I do sort of miss the ultra-efficient 9 mpg performance, though. Now I'm just virtue signaling.

I suppose that, with two of those F150s, Roach could qualify as not so "girly" with a 300 total.
