The WBC is over and there's only a week and a half until opening night in Chicago...it's season predictions time! I'm avoiding Rookie of the Year because I flat out don't know who is a rookie or who the hot rookies are for this coming season.

I don't understand futures but here is what I found for current oddsmakers odds!

If someone can explain what the + numbers mean, I'd appreciate it!

I understand 2:1, 4:1, etc.. but +1200??

I haven't seen any of these teams play so, it would be a prediction not based in logic for me to predict at this point!

I root for the Red Sox but the Yankees have to be the favorites (any team that can outspend all of the competition by $100+ Million has to be the favorites!)

and Tampa Bay will never be considered in anyone's logical predictions, so that list and order seem correct as likely to win the World Series in that order!
