Should Scooter Libby be tortured?

First, let me state that Mr. Libby may not be guilty of any crimes, and he certainly is to be presumed to be innocent, but c'mon...just to make sure, and to clear his good name, why not a court ordered torture session?
Start off with a light "waterboarding" and then work up to a decent jolt of electricity to his genitals. I'm not talking about hanging him upside down and beating the soles of his feet, or piling him up with other naked NeoCons (that's fucking sick dude, and it doesn't serve the pursuit of justice) but is sleep depravation and urine humiliation even torture? I mean, come on!
If you love your Republic, and truly cherish your Constitution, you will dunk this man's head in a shit-filled toilet 'till he spills the beans, or alternately, satisfies the court with proof of his innocence.
