thanks for the well wishes!

some quick notes: I'm 55, 5'8 and weighed in at the hospital Monday 197. my labs have always come back good on the triglycerides (under 200 anyway) and such but there was enuff blockage in one little artery to kick things off, and I needed a stent.
so everyone keep their eyes on the preventative health stuff!

Proxy wars are especially sick and twisted when the proxy gets the warped notion that he gets to call some of the shots. This has never been a war between Russia and Ukraine. Its a war between NATO (which is substantially funded by the US) and Russia being fought in Ukraine by conscripts on both sides. Trump wants no part of it because it does not advance the interests of the US. Its a NATO war, and NATO is a joke. Trump would love to get a mineral lease from Zelensky to cover some of the billions that have been wasted. But I don't think Trump really gives two shits about whether Zelensky signs such a lease, to be honest. It is just a way to show how much cash has been dumped into the Ukraine War by the prior administration for basically jack shit. Trump isn't playing around. If Zelensky wants to fight, he better find a way to convince the Euros to pay for it. And I just don't see that happening either. Today's episode is probably a last wimper in a war that will accomplish nothing except waste about a million human lives.
