Once again, Dems prove that truth/facts have no place in their world.

Sen Michael Bennet of Colorado railing at Tulsi Gabbard re her posts suggesting that Russia had legitimate security concerns in regard to Ukraine’s interest in joining NATO. Hell yes, they did…and do.

BTW, congrats, StrawMan. You have an uncanny ability to lead off pages.

Doc said surgery went well and I'm grateful for that. Feeling kinda rough now, but that is to be expected. Assuming no complications, I'll get to go home tomorrow.

And yes, they all liked the king cakes and brownies. Y'all should try it the next time you have a procedure or surgery, it really improves the whole day. Sure there have been IVs and such today, but we've laughed and talked about recipes and mardi gras instead of just medical stuff.

Time for a nap.

Thanks y'all. Staff still happy with my condition.

It made the nurses nervous, but I just finished 2 laps around the hospital floor. Now they're happy though.

There had been very few talking heads in the media that could get my crank to twitch just by watching them. One was the younger Martha MacCallum and now a new one - 27 yr old hot blonde Karoline Leavitt...too old to pursue a GYJO with so little skin displayed but nice work by both their parents....

Kinda messed up today. Went grocery shopping, and should not have lifted as much as I did. Anyway, now I'm pissing blood again. Like a lot of blood. And it hurts more again. Wife is not happy with me.

Damn!

It's just been a week since you came out of the hospital, right?

Take it easy, and I'm sorry to say, it sounds like you're going to have to face some unpleasantness *again* to get things squared away.

Don’t lift ANYTHING after ANY surgery.

She probably thinks you aggravated yourself on purpose because there is a hottie nurse that you desperately want to get back in to the hospital to see. That's the way women think.

No, I'm not headed back to the hottie nurses at tne hospital, although my wife kept asking 'don't you think you should go to the emergency room'. I did call the surgeon's office, and they told me to keep a close eye on things, and to come in if it got worse or if signs of infection.

Things did not get worse. Still bleeding a bit but definitely not like what it was yesterday. No fever, so yeah I'm back on recovery road and aiming for lobster rolls at halftime.

Now at Commander's Palace in NOLA, one of the city's s best restaurants, just phenomenal. Going to the Orpheus Ball tonight. We've really been doing Mardi Gras right this year. Lots of fun but honestly I couldn't do this much every year.

I took a customer to dinner there about 12 years ago. She and I knew each other quite well as we've both been in the industry for quite some time together. Apparently, the maitre d thought we were husband/wife out for a romantic dinner and seated us a bit more privately. Service was quite slow between courses thus allowing for a more romantic/extended experience. We ran out of things to chat about after a while and it actually became a bit awkward. We still joke about that to this day.

Never a fan of Rush, for whatever that's worth.

My father worked at Commander's Palace way back when he was in school.

He also worked at the Jax Brewery. It was an 'All You Can Drink" workplace back then.

He and his coworkers used to swim in the beer vats, too. Nice.

He's dead now. Should I file a 'hazardous workplace suit?
