Since you guys are all about The Constitution these days, care to link me up to the part where it delegates feeding kids at school to the feds?

I can find the part where it says the government shall not infringe on the right to be armed.

As for other ways for the feds to see to it that people do not starve to death, I'll stick with the 10th Amendment says "not our yob, mang", but if it is our yob, maybe we issue vouchers that limit purchases to non-shit food.

Of course, Big Food can't have anyone telling (insert racist stereotype female name here) that she can't buy doritos and coke for her little bastards.

This area is where RFK Jr is dead on. Imagine if we had a system where a Snator spent less time fighting for cheap insulin and more time fighting to keep people off insulin. If you do not have Type 1 diabetes, needing insulin is due, primarily to poor life choices.

No, it's not. I know someone with T2 diabetes that is reliant on medications to keep his blood/sugar levels normal. Exercise & died doesn't always control blood/sugar levels.

I'm not saying that it's the only factor. Picking the right parents certainly helps with all aspects of health. I would present The Orange Hitler as a prime example of someone with freakishly good genes. Dude runs on cheeseburgers and diet cokes, apparently. The simple reason is helping all Americans helps black Americans. Since black Americans don't deserve anything, but Brown vs the Board of Education exists, everybody else has to suffer until 'Separate but Equal' officially becomes the de jure law of the land again.
