though he exhibits many symptoms of :smoke1: much of the time, I did observe m2 throwing down a valorous defense of another poster on SCIII who, by common agreement, actually was/is mentally f*cking impaired.

m2 faced unreal odds in those wit war engagements , yet persevered.

for his trouble, his original m2 nic was banned, and he had to come back as SaTeaVa. his intervention hit a little too close to home for a certain clique that had ties in the admin/m0d group at the time. so, you know, can't have the likes of lil m2 standing in your way without a good permaban, right?
additionally DJ Vertigo started a campaign to get votes for m2 as winner of the then current smack-off, so the powers-that-were assumed a connection that really wasn't the case.

anyway I'll never forget m2's "butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid vs the Bolivian army'" act from the summer of '00

yeah, that's right, rack him and

VOTE m2!!!!!!!!

bungle has a good memory. Thanks for the vote, bungle. Back atcha.

I think I can help with egg prices as well. Of course, you'll have to say thank you to me on your knees. I'm holding all the cards!

How much is everyone paying for eggs under President Musk?

I'm paying 2 bucks for a dozen on eggs that are as fresh as you can get. On my way to the beach in Sonoma I take Bodega Blvd. out to Dillon Beach and Salmon Creek where I go surfing a couple of times a month. The farms have kiosks at the end of the farm where you can pull over and get the days eggs and they have a box where you can put cash into and get the eggs you want. It's on the honor system cause that's how we roll in the San Francisco Bay Area. It's a win win for everyone.

It does help that Petaluma is the "Egg Capital of the World".

Petaluma, California
Petaluma soon became known for its grain milling and chicken processing industries, which continue to the present day as a smaller fraction of its commerce. At one time, Petaluma was known as the "Egg Capital of the World," sparking such nicknames as "Chickaluma".[16] Petaluma hosted the only known poultry drugstore and is the place where the coal lamp egg incubator was invented by Lyman Byce in 1879.

ImageOne of the largest historic chicken processing plants still stands in the central area of town; this 1930s brick building is no longer used for the chicken industry, but is being evaluated for preservation and change of use. While it is no longer known as the Egg Capital of the World, Petaluma maintains a strong agricultural base today with dairy farms, olive groves, vineyards, and berry and vegetable farms.
How Petaluma became the egg capital

-In 1878, Isaac Dias, a local dentist, invented the egg incubator

-By 1900, Petaluma was producing around 100 million eggs per year

-In 1880, Christopher Nisson, a Danish immigrant, discovered a mound of calcium-rich oyster shells in San Francisco Bay

-The shells were ground up and mixed with chicken feed to help hens form eggshells

Sup, IB?
There was a substantial influx of Jewish residents to the area in the first three decades of the 20th century. Most of the settlers were secular Eastern European Jews; they founded today's B'nai Israel Jewish Center as a secular Jewish community center with no rabbi and only a small area for prayer. The community became active in the poultry industry

So how much are you paying for eggs in dumbfuckistan under the President Musk regime?

Probably a lot less since food prices were going to be fixed on Day 1.

Let's hear what the prices are in your area...

for those who don't know (IB) ,

per Google:

The Yiddish word mensch (מֶנש) means "a good person" or "a person of integrity and honor". It's similar to the term "stand-up guy".
Origin:
The word mensch comes from the German word for "person".
It became popular in American English in the early 20th century.
Meaning:
A mensch is a person who is kind, thoughtful, and honorable.
A mensch is someone who is honest, upstanding, and responsible.
A mensch is someone who treats others with respect, regardless of their identity.
Examples:
A mensch is a good friend or trusted colleague.
A mensch is someone who loves to fulfill a mitzvah or two.
A mensch is someone who recognizes the spark of the divine within us all.
Application:
The term mensch is not gendered, and it's not limited to Jewish people.
Anyone can be a mensch, regardless of their talents, circumstances, or luck.

yeeeeah I caught you being a mensch at a certain point in a certain context, m2. Sure, it was on a message board but ya know, especially back then the natives took matters seriously, and when in Rome... get it? ROME?

ahh I got nuthin'. but anyway meltdowns were real (usmcobra unfortunately every 5 minutes after awhile, Roger_the_shrubber and his massive phone bill and personal info hounding and sharing and driven to insanity over anonymity meltdowns to name just a couple) and people getting smacked hard and run, that was real and guys freaking out and going milk-carton because they sent Wendy_Lou_Who love letters after "she" posted "her" not-picture via email well...

indeed, when you went to bat on behalf of a mentally shredded individual in that milieu, it counts as a --------> mitzvah

which comes from exposure and immersion in a way of life that emphasizes study of the law (Torah) and the oral tradition (Talmud). A thing that IB and Ye need to grasp, if possible: the wisdom of their tradition impels them to constructively contribute for the greater good, and that can be summed as being a mensch. two very controversial figures in history are without a doubt fine examples of a mensch: Freud and Marx. They did great work, not all of it got the best reputation after a while, clearly, but here you have two dudes at the end of the day were applying their genius to f*kking HELPING PEOPLE.
One wanted to heal sick minds, the other wanted to help the working poor. Later applications of their respective oeuvres (especially in Marx's case) cannot take away from their statures. Menschs the both of 'em!

In my forays into wisdom traditions of the world (I majored in philosophy, it's a thing I do) I've come across various names for those who are stand up guys, and even wise: bodhisattvas, saints, etc but mensch is so notable because the ideal as such is so fully integrated in the Yid weltanschauung so as to be assumed by the adherent as the proper aim and goal to aspire to.

what the f*ckk is in IB's community that has any analogous meaning? anything? So it is no surprise all she and Ye can do is lob hate because they have no common frame of reference to make conceptual connections to.

In big ways (Marx and Freud) and small (m2) there are examples all over the Earthly record of the Heebs being Heebs as menschs.

I did clear out some rubble to make room for her to expound -

"So rather than continue spewing your pathological hatred of all things Jew, why not switch to an extensive dialogue of the massive contributions to the country, mankind, and the planet in general made by blacks in recorded history?"

And her response a few threads later -

The only problem with that narrative is.. there are no minerals of real value. If there were, why aren't they currently being exploited? They're talking about 'rare-earths' material, the total global production of which amounts to 15 billion dollars a year. That's about two days worth of global oil production.
You can find this misleading information in NATO pamphlets on 'why we're fighting for Ukraine'.

Don't forget, Afghanistan was touted as the 'Saudi Arabia of Lithium' by the Pentagon. The more that comes out about this 'deal', the more it stinks.

Checking the numbers, if Ukraine hypothetically produced 20% of the worlds rare-earths material, that's 3 billion per annum. Where Trump is getting 500 billion seems a mystery.

You miss the point, comrade. Doesn't matter if there's 500 million dollars or a nickel or rare earth minerals, American ''economic" presence and non-NATO 'presence' there gives Putin a chance to declare victory (We have saved Mother Russia in another Great Patriotic War from the imperialist pigs-we will never allow NATO on our sacred borders! You of all people should understand that rhetoric.) and limp on out of there. Seems to me that Zelensky got his marching orders from the Dems he met with prior to meeting with Trump last Friday-looks like there's a lot of vested interests out there who want this war to continue. As always, follow the money.

Try to perform one everyday.

My definition: Doing something for someone else without wanting something in return (you don't tell anyone you did it looking for praise) For example; Donating money to a charity as anonymous.

I try to take it up a notch... like when I knock over the girl scouts/moms standing outside the grocery store begging shoppers for money and steal their money they they stole from people that have a guilty conscious and can't say no to a little girl/teenager/mom thinking they are doing a good thing.

Fuck that con. I know the mom is keeping the money and using the kids and teenagers as a prop for her selfish needs.

Girl Scouts should be out pounding the pavement and knocking on doors like the old days without their mom's and making money the honorable way and making some unemployed perverts day. Not begging at the entrance of a grocery store like a homeless person.

I then give that money to a homeless person so they can go out and buy booze and drugs because they are to fucked up in the head to get a job.

Of course I don't tell anyone I did it (I'm like a Ninja and they can't see me) and ta dah... a Mitzvah.

Mitzvah accomplished.

These are the kind of things we all can do to make the world a better place.

Zelensky needed only to sign the minerals deal and his security was assured. He blew it. Maybe he’s finally figured it out.

Your memory isn’t too good, is it? A week ago or so Trump was going to negotiate the war in Ukraine separately with Putin, leaving Ukraine out completely. I do understand if your brain can’t reach that far back, though, because the victories have been coming so fast and furious.

Apparently, sometime since then, someone convinced your Dear Leader that he could extort some “raw earth” minerals (whatever those are) in exchange for giving away some territory that isn’t his to give away, and look even better. Looks great to you and the rest of the poorly educated, I guess. Trump’s knowledge base is right up there with yours, so at least there’s that.

It's amazing how ignorant MAGA Sam is.

He slurps up the bullshit he reads on X like there's a magical gold card at the bottom of the Kool-Aid.

Too funny.

I'm still trying to figure out what raw earth minerals are. But Trump called them out, so it must be important. Maybe Sam can help us out, he seems to be on the same wavelength.

Maybe it's something Musk needs for his Mars ship.

I'm sure glad I held onto my one share of DJT, which I bought just about a year ago for $75. Today it's up to about $23.

All this winning is really getting to me.

Think I'd take the richest man in the world as my accountant.

Wow. OK!!!
We now have the winner for the absolute dumbest statement since…fill in the blank, you can’t go wrong

Think I’d take the man with the biggest car as my mechanic.

Think I’d take the man with the most bathrooms as my plumber.

Think I’d take the oldest man in the world as my heart surgeon.

Think I’d take the man using the most drugs as my pharmacist.

Think YOU took the man with the least functioning brain cells as president.

So, kindly, fuck off.

He was ready to work with Trump from the start.
No, he wasn't. The deal was done. This was supposed to be a formality and then he started yapping about us providing security guarantees which is an complete non-starter with both us and the Russians. Are you prepared to go to war with Russia over Ukraine? It was a bitch move to try to manipulate public opinion through the media.

Um, no. The mineral rights are to defray the costs of rebuilding Ukraine and re-arming their military. You aren't suggesting that we do that for free, are you? Also there is no territory to give away. Russia already has it. Z is a complete lunatic living in some weird alternate reality.

But Z’s acting paid off. Well, it paid off with a shitload of people who know nothing about Ukraine. Just like 3 or 4 posters in here, there are a buncha dumbfucks who reacted exactly as Zelensky hoped. Too bad Z lost. Trump didn’t give an inch. He even turned it up a notch and finally Z realized he’d shit the bed.

Wish someone could explain why the left wants this carnage to continue. Never woulda believed I’d be arguing with old hippie buddies who don’t want this war to end.
