Putin wouldn’t have invaded Ukraine, Kim wouldn’t be testing missiles, we would own all the oil in the Middle East, the border wall would be finished and impregnable, inflation would be negative, $1.00/gallon gas, and the official Covid death count (in the US) would be zero (0).
Re: Everything is fine now
So you’re saying that they shouldn’t have ended the testing requirement?Papa Willie wrote: ↑Fri Jun 10, 2022 9:03 pm90% of the shit that happened would still have happened.Mikey wrote: ↑Fri Jun 10, 2022 8:39 pmPutin wouldn’t have invaded Ukraine, Kim wouldn’t be testing missiles, we would own all the oil in the Middle East, the border wall would be finished and impregnable, inflation would be negative, $1.00/gallon gas, and the official Covid death count (in the US) would be zero (0).
However, had Trump dropped this little bomb, you'd be screaming so much that you'd be painting your house in your own blood.
OK.

The rest of the world stopped their version of the testing requirement. Plus only air travelers have to get swabbed, not people traveling over land. Pretty silly. Also, thought it was just a little cold, fat man?Papa Willie wrote: ↑Sat Jun 11, 2022 2:13 am Honestly - I think I would have kept testing going for international flights. People are still getting the shit.

Re: Everything is fine now
Some experts had noted that the requirement did not seem to be serving much purpose, given that COVID-19 is
already circulating widely within the United States.
The travel industry had also lobbied to remove the requirement, saying it was no longer needed.
“It’s unclear what pre-arrival testing was actually achieving,” tweeted Jennifer Nuzzo, an infectious diseases
expert at Brown University. “My experience getting tested abroad left me unconvinced that tests were actually
being performed in a useful way. It seemed more likely that I got a negative result for a price.”
Over the last 2+ years, a whole lot of the bullshit that has been thrown at us from -----> the authorities <----- has made no sense.
There is an agenda.

The agenda... was?MS wrote:The agenda was to not have everyone die.
Covid is not gone.
Lock everything down.
Be tested or you can't travel.
Be vaccinated (fully) or you can't enter some countries.
Be vaccinated (and boosted) or you can't keep your job.
Vaccinate, vaccinate, vaccinate --- boost, boost, boost.
Juice up the kids, too!
Everyone MUST.
Then one day...
No more need to test folks coming in to the country.
All clear!
rotf...
No.

Re: Everything is fine now
I think the testing requirement was a sensible idea earlier in the pandemic because the airlines and the US didn't want actively shedding people sitting next to people who were not. Over the last six months or so, as the pandemic spread and more people got it with few serious repercussions, the testing requirement became more unfair to US citizens and according to news reports, got abused by unscrupulous travelers and "medical providers" overseas.
The perfect example of how the testing requirement ran its course was how NHL teams were chartering buses to drive through the US-Canadian border to evade the testing requirement instead of simply chartering flights and flying to and from venues.

Shouldn’t have ever had it since we allowed land crossings with no testing.

The fear you express is understandable.
Being mentally ill as you are this should be a threat.

Re: Everything is fine now
You are correct on the NHL front. But make no mistake, teams were still flying. They would just fly to an airport close to the border, bus across, then fly on. Often on the same plane with the same crew who played the testing game.Screw_Michigan wrote: ↑Sat Jun 11, 2022 1:23 pm I think the testing requirement was a sensible idea earlier in the pandemic because the airlines and the US didn't want actively shedding people sitting next to people who were not. But please explain how sitting on an airplane with better filtration than hospitals, is somehow worse than riding on a bus for 20 hours and crossing the border with no testing requirements. This was poorly thought out and executed from the start, but then again that perfectly sums up the Brandon Administration.

It's obviously the midget..it doesn't seem to understand how apparent and obvious are our grammatical markers, which are just as how we have a natural and unique batting stance, or manner of speech, the way that we dance, or our handwriting (whatever that was). One's grammar is the real self. And the disgusting midget is no exception, though the similar slithering faggot, FiatSux seeks to hide behind pictures of food. Getting the picture?Papa Willie wrote: ↑Sat Jun 11, 2022 8:41 pmWhere did this shit-dicked trannie come from again?Bill in Houston, who is currently on your ignore list, made this post.
