The great majority of the population is not bed-ridden. They are capable of making their way tp a polling station to cast a vote.

For those that can't make it to a polling station, there are ways to address their situations, but using them as an excuse for mass mailing is bullshit. It allows for mass vote harvesting and other shenanigans, as Sleepy Joe would say.

I'll assume that is a fake ID.

Such IDs were tougher to ID 50 years ago, but today we have barcode technolgy that makes ID verification child's play. Also, making, then using the ID takes time/effort/money. And when the fraudster goes to the polling station to cast a fraudulent vote, he is in danger of being caught.
